Kathy is a full-time licensed Transaction Coordinator that takes great care of of our clients through the processes of coordinating inspections, overseeing contract timelines to make sure they are followed, monitoring buyer mortgage approval, follows appraisal process, order title policy and review it for clear title and coordinates closing date with all parties.
