This is the fun part: After you are qualified, we start the search for one of the most prized possessions of your life. This process can take anywhere from 1 day to 12 months. We stay with you always searching for just what you are looking for!

Kathy Coleman is our Closing Coordinator that stays with you throughout this 30-45 day process, to help with inspection negotiations, monitor your mortgage approval, follow up on the appraisal, and daily contact with the title company and your lender. Before you know it, we will be handling the keys to your home. We will remain your Realtor and friend for a lifetime.
